      1. The company will provide services to the customer in accordance with the order made by the customer and the actual payment arrangement.<\/li>\r\n
      2. The company will provide the customer with the services based on the package he chose. It is clarified that it may be necessary to use plugins owned by third parties, in which case the customer will pay for these plugins.<\/li>\r\n
      3. The customer will use the resources allocated to him according to the package in it. Any deviation on the part of the customer, both knowingly and unknowingly, will be a reason for freezing his account on the server and\/or closing it immediately and without any prior notice.<\/li>\r\n
      4. Any attempt at misuse, including the introduction of viruses, Trojan horses, memory-consuming programs, will result in the immediate closure of the account.<\/li>\r\n
      5. Any deviation from unreasonable data traffic - over 50GB monthly traffic - will be charged an additional fee.<\/li>\r\n
      6. Priority will not be given in the allocation of server resources to any site and under no circumstances.<\/li>\r\n
      7. Dibayen Etarim undertakes to deliver the storage package to the site within 48 hours from the day of the order and payment at the garden.<\/li>\r\n
      8. The Divein Websites company will upload the content of a customer's website to the storage area only after the customer has ordered the service and settled the actual payment, at which time the company undertakes to upload the website including the base data within 72 hours from the day of payment for the service.<\/li>\r\n
      9. Any deviation from the monthly data traffic allocated to the customer will be charged an additional fee.<\/li>\r\n
      10. If a customer asked for help in uploading his website to the storage area and did not pay for the service, Dbayan Etarim is not obligated to do so - in any case, the help does not oblige Dbayan Etarim at any time.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        4 - The contents of the site<\/b><\/h4>\r\n

        1. The customer will upload its contents to the web server and will be solely responsible for any legal claim that may arise, following the site's contents.<\/li>\r\n
        2. The company will not be responsible, in case of copyright infringement on the part of the customer.<\/li>\r\n
        3. The company will freeze the customer's account if a request is received from a qualified legal source (including companies that protect copyright).<\/li>\r\n
        4. The company does not allow the presentation of material that violates the rights of third parties and\/or in violation of any legal provisions, and\/or offensive content, including pornographic content. Any presentation of materials of this type will be the sole responsibility of the website owner.<\/li>\r\n
        5. The customer will back up his data and will be solely responsible in the event of partial or complete data loss.<\/li>\r\n
        6. The company will not be responsible for any damage caused to the client's files.<\/li>\r\n
        7. The company does not back up the client's files on the server and is not directly and\/or indirectly responsible for damage to data, including the database, images and any digital media in the client's possession.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          4. Divinesites.co.il may stop the services from time to time in order to maintain the systems, improve and upgrade the software and communication systems. Divinesites will do its best to reduce these periods of time and will try as much as possible to do so during hours when there is reduced traffic.<\/li>\r\n
          5. The customer will not have any claim, claim and\/or demand against the company Divinesites.co.il for any damage, loss, payment, expense or loss of profit caused to him due to the use of our services, and our company will not bear any responsibility for any damage, including indirect, consequential or non-monetary that will be caused, if caused, to the customer due to the provision and\/or non-provision and\/or termination of the service.             6 - Backups and restoration of websites<\/b><\/h4>\r\n

            1. Divinesites.co.il is not responsible in any way for backing up the client's files. If the client's files are deleted, lost either by hacking into the server or by accidental deletion, tampering, etc., the client will not have any claims against Divinesites.co.il<\/li>\r\n
            2. The company Divinesites.co.il provides tools for backing up websites for free - backing up the website is the full responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the customer has purchased a backup and monitoring service<\/li>\r\n
            3. If the customer wants to verify the integrity of the backups - the customer must make an independent backup of both the database and the website files.<\/li>\r\n
            4. Carrying out a restoration by the company Divinesites.co.il involves a payment in advance.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

              7 - Transaction cancellation and refund policy<\/b><\/h4>\r\n

                1. Opening a customer account is done on the basis of a payment established with the customer. There is no refund for opening an account after the payment day.<\/li>\r\n
                2. The customer may demand a refund for an unused service\/hour bank for which the customer paid in advance, by offsetting 5% from the transaction amount or a payment of NIS 100 (the higher of the two) for handling and cancellation fees.<\/li>\r\n
                3. Requests to cancel services will be sent by e-mail to Office@divinesites.co.il - and will be processed up to 48 hours later, and will be considered canceled 24 hours after receiving the email.<\/li>\r\n
                4. Credits cannot be received<\/b>\u00a0On purchases of licenses for plugins, domains or templates.<\/li>\r\n
                5. Registration and renewal of domains are non-refundable operations and are subject to the registration agreement of the Israeli Internet Association and the international registrars.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                  • The customer will be billed once a month and\/or for the period of time agreed between him and the company and through the means of payment accepted by the company.
                    3.2 The company accepts payment via Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
                    3.3 The company will not accept payment using credit cards provided by companies that do not have an agreement with our technological company.
