We often hear about organizations that experience difficulties and problems in the definition and correct distribution of the various functionaries in the company.
Proper definition and understanding of each person's role, is critical to the success of an organization.
Disorder and clarity will often cause unnecessary delays, intrigue and even delay to the point of stopping important projects in the middle of one stage or another.

The RACI model, also called the authority and responsibility matrix, is a method that helps organizations define areas of responsibility, degree of involvement and different levels of authority in a particular project according to four criteria: responsibility (R), authority (A), consulting (c) and notification (I).
The model documents the role and authority of each of the people and thus produces a lot of order of certainty.
The RACI matrix will allow the required factors in the organization to know exactly who is responsible at each stage, who the advisors and input providers are and those who are interested must be updated at each stage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This is done with the help of a chart that maps each task, milestone or critical decision for the effective execution of the same project.
