Here are the points I see as the main ones
- Opportunity gap - understand where there is a real gap in the market that the business solution meets
- What is the main benefit to the target market - for example if there is one sentence from which I can understand the whole concept
- Excellent / unique warranty - Is there a unique warranty for example - within a month you will have squares in your stomach
- Shortening times - Do you have the option of providing a service solution that is much shorter than competitors

- Your personal story and personality - what in your story gives the possibility of a unique connection to you or your experience and cause empathy and trust

- Unique combination - interdisciplinarity
